Guys, let be honest here, please ignore negative reviews, I checked in today April 2 for 3-nights quarantine and the process was so smooth, the shuttle bus was at the airport within 10 min! The room is super new, clean, and has a decent size. Just got my first dinner it was so good and the portion is perfect.

We landed at the Toronto Pearson Airport on April 1st, and had our booking for 3 nights mandatory hotel quarantine at the Crowne Plaza Toronto Hotel. Shuttle service, greeting staff and the check in process was good. On reaching our room, we found 2 hair on our fresh set of towels. There was no disinfectant kit for us to clean and sanitize our luggage and even the high contact surfaces. Since day one, we have been calling housekeeping for providing us with a disinfectant spray (mentioned under Hotel’s responsibility on Government of Canada website) to clean the high-contact surfaces in the room and also to sanitize/clean our luggage bags, so that we can touch/use our personal stuff instead of the hotel’s. We were given 3 wipes instead on the second day. On asking for disinfectant spray, we got an answer that they didn’t have it. This got us worried about the cleaning protocols which were followed by the the hotel. Food is okay and is timely delivered. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Something wrong with the coffee machine/coffee pod/ or creamer though. We sincerely hope that the cleaning and sanitizing protocols are followed by the staff. And just a suggestion and a request that the travelers are provided with a disinfectant kit in their rooms upon their arrival for health and safety reasons.

Good place. Stayed here during my hotel Quarantine. There were too many people and the room service and house keeping were a little slow. Food is a little less quantity make sure to ask for one more bag of food if you need. They will be happy to provide you. I just really wish you guys don't give fries for bf and lunch. Otherwise was equipped with water bottlles for 3 days and they also give a decent desert for every meal. overall a decent place for hotel quarantine.

Old, dusty, decrepit. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. Horrible stay. I was force to come here for a mandatory 3-day hotel quarantine. The A/C / Heating unit is old, noisy and very dirty - see the picture I took through the front grille. Breakfast was indicated in writing 8 - 10:30 AM. I arrived very late, went to sleep at 2 AM. At 7:15 I was awakened by very loud bangs in the door: 'breakfast'! While the hotel quarantine is in fact imprisonment, I did not expect the services to be at prison level. The breakfast was served without coffee. The coffee machine in the room had no pods or milk, I requested pods and got some that did not fit the machine! See pics. Very dark room, the lighting is totally inadequate. Staff barks orders, I was treated like the inmate I was. On a positive note, the bathroom is bright and modern on the sink side only. The shower / shower head.. still old.

Negative stars need to be added as an option to describe this hotel experience. We had booked a 3 day stay for my visiting mother in law due to quarantine rules and after a long, tiring flight, she checked in to the hotel and didn't get served dinner until I called several hours later demanding dinner for her since it was duly paid for. But the worst was yet to come. I checked her out a couple of hours ago, all for us to get home and my wife received a call from someone from the hotel with the accusation that the coffee machine, dryer and hangars in her room were missing hence she was going to be charged for them and 5mins later her card was charged. No evidence was presented, just the allegation. My mother in law is in her mid sixties and has never used a coffee machine in her life and comes across dryers only at the hair salon. The hangar is just a joke. This is after paying over 1000 and spending only two nights. To be accused of theft and made to pay for something she did not do is so upsetting, ridiculous and unbelievable. Several calls have been made to the hotel with no one giving a reasonable explanation. This is the worst hotel experience ever

The food was the same every day and no many choices and wasn't good, they should at least have menu choices in the rooms. My room was beautiful and cozy. Excellent services at the front desk managed to get the name of one of the staff his name is Tony. My stay was great just a few scratches that need improvement but overall I had a peaceful and wonderful time.

Stayed here for the mandatory hotel stop-over due to COVID travel restrictions. Accommodating staff, recently renovated rooms, sumptuous meals, quick service. Great experience and would recommend it to everyone.

PATHETIC AND TERRIBLE customer service!!!! I stayed at this hotel for a three day mandatory quarantine. They charged me 200 for the deposit. I used my debit card as I did not have my Credit Card at the time of checkin, the guest service agent told I can use my debit and nothing else. On my checkout day I personally went to the front desk, it was busy, but I got hold of a guest service agent lady and asked about my Deposit money, she quickly replied it goes automatically to my card in 2-3 business days. I waited for a week but did not receive my money. Then I called the hotel, they now told me I used debit card and I had to get it manually at checkout. I told I was not informed about this at checkin nor did they tell anything when I went to them at checkout. GSA told only manager can solve this and send me check instead as I live far from this location. I have tried over 8 times now to get hold of manager, she/he never picks up call nor return me a call back. I have left multiple call back request with GSA but no response from the Manager. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced after spending such a good amount on my stay. I can’t believe they are holding money for free and do not bother to give it back.
