Toronto Diamond Exchange made the most beautiful ring for my fiancée. Even with the challenges of COVID they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. They were very responsive to all my inquiries and gave regular updates on the shipment and creation of my custom ring. Michael was easy to work with and was able to deliver my ring and meet with me based on my schedule which was wonderful. When I managed to damage the ring shortly after purchase, Michael came to collect it and had it fixed fast and with no hassle. I would recommend them to anyone for the quality of the products they make and the level of service they provide.
