RACIST!! I forgot my cell phone there so I called and the lady said she found it. I said someone will be picking it up for me. I sent my boyfriend to get it and they were refusing to give it to him even though he explained that I had called earlier and told them what type of phone it was (iPhone 7) She still refused to give it to him for what I can only imagine was because of his SKIN COLOUR. He is black. He had to call me so that I could speak to her, and I had to ask her WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE THE CHANCES OF A STRANGER COMING TO PICK UP THE EXACT SAME PHONE TYPE THAT I CALLED ABOUT EARLIER?? She’s acting like my BF was trying to steal the phone or something when I had fully told them someone will be picking it up for me. RIDICULOUS!!!
