Based on all five stars google review, I booked for my teeth cleaning. The night before my appointment I received strange email from Lynn( dental hygenist) that was supposed to be sent someone else regarding appointment. I got confused and corrected her, she sent me email back with my correct appointment. On the day of my appointment I was 15 min late but informed her via email. Guess what? Door was locked and no one was there. Called her,no answer. She called me back said schedule was mixed up but could neither explain what exactly happened nor suggest other options to reschedule appointment. Seemed like she was not there for my appointment to begin with. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Excellent service. Lynn really took time cleaning my teeth and was very effective. My teeth look really great. She also took time to explain how to use my electric toothbrush! Highly recommended. She also took me within an hour notice on a Sunday which is amazing.
Lynn is fantastic! She did an excellent, thorough job! Prices are very reasonable. She was also kind enough to stay late to fit my schedule.Thank you Lynn!!
I recently had the pleasure to visit a very caring professional. She has great knowledge about all dental needs, as well as providing great care during my first visit with her. I've always been hesitant about visiting dental offices, but after my visit with Lynn, I will surely be back. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family. The staff at the clinic provided very thorough answers to my questions regarding payments either personal or through my insurance policies. Overall, Downtown Dental Hygiene is a highly recommended clinic to have all dental needs met.
they are very accommodating! I was going on a trip and wanted my teeth cleaned before I left and they took me with no appointment and the hygienist was extremely informative, gentle and thorough. recommend to any friend or family, this place is great!
