Always available via phone, attentive to all banking needs (professional AND business), friendly and helpful (was NOT bureaucratic when I was once out of the country and needed something done) - fullest 5 stars I could give to a bank! Extremely slow and antiquated, Hugo is the only one who tries to help but DUCA as a choice for financial institution, sucks. Also, don’t bother to complain because their complaint department is run by completely inept people. No, don’t make the same mistake that made. I only wasted time with them, especially if you want to use them for investment, there are much better opportunities out there.
