Had a great experience with East Court Ford. We got our 2021 Ford Explorer from there and would highly recommend Emma from the sales team and Vineet who is the Manager. The one thing that put them above all the other people I have dealt with is that they listened to our needs and was able to offer a deal based on our requirements. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was smooth and we get a great car at the best price possible. Emma is highly knowledgeable and supported us throughout the process. Why don't you ask Kristan Lees who's TimHortons bag that is on the floor of my truck. (That should ring a bell in her head.) The best part was when I went back in to complain east court ford didn't even offer to get one of their own employees to clean it. You guy offer poor service in your service department.
