Tommy was responsive and attentive to finding us a tankless hot water heater that met our needs. Masoud and his team were total pros at installation (despite running into issues in our wall - our fault, not his). Very professional and helpful. Would totally recommend.
Recently had our old Baxi combi-boiler replaced with a new Bosch combi-boiler along with an install of a new smart thermostat. Excellent service from start to finish. Sales person (Tommy) conducted an onsite visit and provided a very competitive quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable. A couple of days later Behad and Amir completed the install. Both arrived on-time and completed the job the same day as we didn’t have any heat. Really appreciated their fast, professional service. They also removed the old boiler and did a thorough cleanup. They also installed our smart thermostat and took the time to ensure the entire system was working smoothly before they left.
First of all, I want to say thank you to Mr Tommy Duong for helping us decide what is the right package that suitable to our budget in replacing our old HVAC system and so as our water heating system. I definitely recommend this business. My water tank (not from here) broke down and needed replacement. Tommy was great and helped me find the right tankless water heater for my home. Also appreciated the check in call a few weeks after installation to see if everything was running smoothly. The technicians Masoud and Mehdi were great as well. They explained everything they were doing, answered my questions and finished the job in a day.
