Dear Joel Hannon, As I mentioned when I came in with my family we called ahead of time and the person who answered the call was very professional, very friendly and very helpful. Because of this we decided to pay your store a visit because we were looking for a bedroom set (to start with). My son is moving in a new place for him and he needs some furniture to furnish the new place. At the store we were greeted properly and we had the pleasure of meeting and dealing with you. The whole process from the start to the end was flawless. You looked after us very professional and very helpful. You did not pressure us to make a decision or buy something we did not like and you explained everything to us and make everything crystal clear ( price wise). You were very cheerful and a pleasure to do business with you and your store represented by you. Because of the way you looked after us we bought a new bedroom set and possible we will return for a living room set which we did see it at your place and liked it very much. People like yourself retain the customers as well as bring new ones in and keep the business going ( in special in these tough times due to the pandemic). Keep up the good work. The way you dealt and explain to us everything shows us that you like your job as well what you are doing which is very important . Stay safe. I love the furniture at EQ3. However my experience with the delivery and service has just been horrible! At first look the couch looks stunning. However at a closer look you can see all the mistakes they made. They have been to my house twice now. They can't seem to put my custom sofa together properly and damaged it the first time they tried to repair it. The first time they delivered the couch and didn't actually attach the hatch to secure the two pieces. On the second visit 6 weeks later he didn't attach the latch properly and there are several inches difference in the two pieces. I am blown away at such a poor delivery and assembly by EQ3. We had to schedule another visit by someone. Maybe 3rd times a charm!
Love the furniture at EQ3. Quality is great. Price is good, esp on sale (lol). Their sales associates are so patient and helpful. I’m a loyal customer. Bought our beautiful bedroom set and just went back for dining room chairs.
We have a great experience at EQ3 Toronto, we made an appointment with Jesse King who walked us through the showroom describing the different styles of furniture and the materials available. He provided different options and the pricing for each options. He let us look around as much as we needed and checked in with us every now and then asking if we had any questions. He printed a few options and gave us sample to take home. He followed up via email. He provided great customer services.
Allow me to save you 200 bucks by saying... DO NOT Buy their Lyla stools!! This stool COLLAPSED out of nowhere while my friend was sitting on it, which was scary. When you fall from that height, it hurts. This stool lasted me a year and one month, and the customer care said the warranty is only for a year (how convenient...) I know it looks super sleek and all but it’s not worth the money and the risk of hurting yourself.
