I would like to commend one of your supervisors, Vanessa with EID: 71297. She went above and beyond to ensure I receive all my products. Vanessa consistently called me and followed up with the postal carrier for faster delivery. I almost gave up on completing my order because the online payment method for Estée Lauder is not quite as efficient as it should be but as soon as Vanessa stepped in, she took absolute control. She insisted on sending me all the products for free to compensate for the hurdles I went through while attempting to place my order. To be candid, if not for Vanessa, I would have called it quits with doing further business with Estée Lauder; as much as I love the products from Estée Lauder, I probably would have found another alternative product for my skin care routine. Thank you Vanessa! Estée Lauder is lucky to have you on the team. One more thing — please bring back the Vérité line of moisturizers. It's been unavailable on your website for years; that moisturizer was just perfect!

Worst customer service ever at sears fairview. I bought 3 items this morning because of black Friday. I found out one of the item expired Nov 2017. I got back to store and complain about the product expiration. The sale lady called the manager and she came and said that no return or exchange. I demands to refund my money with that particular item. Because she said will look for longer expiration but she can't find none of them all of them are expired on the display . The manager just turned her back and walk away. No service or anything to provide what so ever. 2 persons try to satisfy me she was suggesting that if I can change instead lise water products she showed me and I like it for exchange products. The company damaged this trust and high end products. I never recommend this all my family and friends. I feel like I was violated my rights for the expiration.

Horrible experience with Estee Lauder staff. This incident happened on 08/17/2017 around 8:45pm at Hudson Bay Estee Lauder center in Square One, Mississauga. The lady who was at the counter did not common courtesy or customer handling experience. Extremely rude and insensitive. I waited for 15 mins until i was asked what i need - understandable that there was another customer ahead of me - no issues. However when i made the purchase and was ready to pay, i was turned down saying that there was another customer ahead of me. I was surprised because there wasn't anyone around when i waited for 15mins. It seems this customer who was supposedly ahead of me was there earlier and had left the counter to go check out products at another counter and just returned!! So this means if a customer who was there in the morning returns in the evening then they will be given priority over the person who is right there holding the credit card ready to pay?? Is this the sort of training Estee Lauder gives their employees? If the products werent good i would have ditched this line of product tonight....
