When we decided to redecorate our family home with Ethan Allen, we knew that we would get customized high end quality products, made to fit each room of our home. Yet, the most wonderful surprise was the outstanding customer experience delivered from the moment we visited the Toronto Designer Centre to the last drapes installed last week. Our professional interior designer, Ghalia, collaborated to understand our needs, our preferences, our dwelling settings. She came into the house to measure spaces on the last day before Corona virus shut down the city, brought fabric samples, created a design for each space, followed up thru phone calls and emails, and her manager, Andi, stepped in when needed thru this unexpected Corona Virus along the way while ensuring the respective Covid 19 protocols were met. Now the furniture, decorative pieces and window treatments came to adorn every room in the house and we are thankful to Ghalia, Andi and their team behind them for making it happen. Now, I know that if I need to add anything else or to my children's homes, I just pick up the phone and I know that Ghalia will take care of mine or their needs. Thank you so much Ghalia, Andi. Ethan Allen you got customers for life!
