The flavours in the goods from Evelyn's are simply incomparable. I've tried many of their offerings, and have yet to taste anything whose creation wasn't masterly executed. Artistry through grain. Once you know, there's no going back. Try their Sour Cherry Almond Gateau Basque...and Tahini Shortbread. Be prepared to be amazed.

You don’t want to buy bakery items anywhere else anymore after trying this place! Amazing quality of products using highest quality ingredients, organic and whole grains. Absolutely love the brownies, kamut chocolate chip cookies and sunflower seed rye bread.
