This clinic made it so difficult to get the results of a blood test that we had to end up going directly to the blood lab to get them. They insisted we had to come in person for results, then closed early because their doctor wasn't even in the building. They hung up when I called and asked how we could get our results. The inside of the clinic is also completely dirty and the doctor does not wear gloves or wash his hands.

Receptionist is extremely rude, doesn't answer calls and hangs up on you. The doctor has trouble getting basic information correct such as your sex, and will refer you to blood test clinics that aren't even open. The clinic does not follow up on phone calls, including those to alert individuals of pregnancy test results.

Dr Stein is great but his secretaries really need to work on their customer service skills and how to talk to patients in general, will never go back

Dr. Stein misdiagnosed me two times in one week, then when I call back to get some paper work, I got told off and hung up on. There glorified receptionist, who isn't fit to take care of her own kids, hung the phone up on me on the follow up call. How a doctor's office can treat you like this is beyond me. If anyone knows away to have the staff reprimanded at this place please comment below.

Very rude staff. Especially Fernanda! She yells at you and calls you a liar. Takes your card. Charges the government and she says the doctor will not see you! This place is very dirty. No hygiene at all... i will complain to the government. She acts like she owns the place and dictates.
