I recently had a large musical instrument shipped to me from Vancouver via Greyhound Package Express. When the online scanning updates seemed to stop the folks on the Customer Service line were very helpful by telling me that the package would most likely not be scanned between Calgary and Toronto. The shipment was promised within \7-10 days\ but arrived all the way from Vancouver to Toronto in five days. It was scanned in and I saw the update immediately, so I phoned the terminal. I got the message machine and left a message - they phoned me back within fifteen minutes. The guy with the reddish hair who works there was willing to go look for the package, even though it wasn't supposed to be ready for me to pick up until the next day. He went into the warehouse, found it for me, and processed it so I could take it home. He even helped me dispose of the packing materials, as I couldn't fit the box in my car. I really appreciated his Customer Service. My experience with Greyhound Shipping was A1.

Friendly, helpful staff, and the most affordable rates for trans-Canada packages. Highly recommended.

Greyhound is too expensive for seniors, one way one and half hours. Otherwise no extra stops and drivers are very good.

They have the worst service ever. I sent a box from Toronto to Vancouver on 18 Oct 2019 and they said it’d be there in a week and charge me 128.23. They just lost my box and never contact me back,I tried to call them like 10 times and left so many voicemails as I was on my business trip and they never gave me a call back. I called the head office and they said they dont know where my box was. It could be lost. A thousand of goods were in there, they just kept asking me stupid question and told me to wait for their call. This is the worst company ,do not ever send your expensive stuff by Greyhound

So rude!! Never again. Paid door to door delivery to have a very rude staff member tell our recipient that he owed delivery fees and threaten him with additional storage charges. UPS was hostile from the outset. We ship FedEx, UPS, CP as well as use other specialized delivery services regularly and have never experienced this level of incompetence. Also, there is only one pick up location in all of Toronto? This is ridiculous. And maybe don't hire staff members that have such obvious disdain for the general public. No wonder Greyhound is struggling.
