Great coffee, great service. Haven't tried much of the food: I love that my kid can't tell there's zucchini in her muffin. The breakfast wrap is all I ever dreamed it would be. And a banana muffin that turned me into a loyal customer for life.

We've been coming here since it opened and am never disappointed! Their food is just so yummy and love their patio space.
This was my first visit. My Chai Latte was ok. The service was very disappointing. No smile, thank you or 'have a nice day' at all. Just surprising, given that they work in hospitality. Edit: thanks for the kind response. Ironically, the staff who served us was actually wearing a clear plastic mask which one could think she would use to her advantage for customers to see a friendly smile...
I have been customer for over five years . I always feel the staff is welcoming especially during this pandemic , always making sure to ask how im doing . I like how the owner comes out to say hi and gives me a new treat to try that she happened to be baking - not because to sell me stuff but to be nice and share and thats what hannahs is to me , a community . they have gone above and beyond to ensure the place is kept clean and are always santizing every surface while maintaing amazing customer service . under such terrible circumstances of government restrictions and stress placed dealing with rude customers (which I have witnessed people threatening them on more than one occassion), they take abusive comments from people and continue to serve delicious treats and coffee. I have been enjoying the coffee and baked goods from this talented purveyor for the last 7 years and have followed them as they moved along Bloor. The baked goods shine with the passion of the chef and pair perfectly with their lattes. If you are in the High Park area stop in for a snack, you'll enjoy it!
