This complex is only designed for looks, and nothing about it is for functionality. Living here for only three months, I have discovered that this is most accessible and therefore least secure building complex. The door into the residential elevator from the path are constantly broken down. And no wonder, it gets constantly used since their building's gym is the Pure Fitness, which is outside in the public commercial area!!! So people constantly goes out of the secured building into the public, and then comes back in with people following behind. Sneaking into the building is not difficult. At the underground garage, there is no gate between public parking (P1) and residential parking (P2 and lower). So any person would walk into 100 Harbour’s P2 from the public parking. And there is only a stairway separating 100’s P2 and 88’s P2. This means anyone can have access to the residential parking garage and steal anything that’s at plain sight. A building that is only 1/4 of the size of this complex has more security cameras. No wonder, there has been bikes stolen from the residential garage, police reported home invasions, and who knows what else. Also, part of the ventilation of the commercial space is linked to the residential area, making the entire floor smell like fast food.

very good location, brand new building, great views of the lake / city. services / amenities are quite pricey and limited and there is usually a lot of wind shaking the balconies and making loud noises - takes some time to get used to it. overall very nice place to live.
The Condo with High Secured systems, structural Design and Beautiful Location at Down Town.
I have been living in Harbour Plaza for less than one year. The unit was brand new when I moved here. However, in less than one year, the floor started floating and detaching without any reason in some areas. When I contacted the building management, they refused to take responsibility and said that the problem is humidity. This was surprising to me since I always dry-cleaned the floor and used the air fans properly and maintained a controlled level of humidity at the unit and since that even with humidity the floor cannot detach like this if the work was done properly at the beginning . I also discovered later that other residents have the same issue.
good location, decent price for value, and great views for certain units facing lake
