Spent 3 days of prison quarantine there. This is ripped off. 1100, food is disgusting for almost 400 a day something better could be given. The windows do not open, they knock every morning at 7 o'clock. You can hear everything that happens in the next room.

I booked this hotel for the mandatory 3 day quarantine for Government Authorized accommodation which was 2600 for 4 people. The service here has been so disappointing!! My breakfast was all moulding and we asked for Indian food for lunch and they brought us Chinese. I’ve never been this frustrated in a hotel before. They take 30 mins just to answer your room service calls and when they finally answer they hang up after 15 seconds without even hearing what you have to say...
Stayed at hotel for mandatory quarantine of 3 days. On arrival the staff was very competent and made the process very quick and seamless. They were very understanding of the fact that we had a long fight before coming to the hotel. Offered a choice of Indian or International cuisine Veg or Non veg. We liked the Indian food served to us which was on time and of good taste. My daughter liked the pasta or other kids option served for her meal. Overall a comfortable stay and right option for mandatory Hotel stay at Toronto.
I heard a lot about it but reality is something different. They didn't picked up your call. I tried dialing restaurant no., Room staff, and room service but they didn't picked the call. Food is just nice. Staff is polite too. Overall just fine.
I booked this hotel for my parents' 3-day mandatory quarantine, and the staff has been nothing short of helpful, kind, and compassionate. I would specifically like to give a shoutout to Jennifer and Ravi, who went above and beyond to ensure my parents have a comfortable stay. And in general, the staff was very patient with every question I had, and were super nice. My parents said their stay was comfortable, they got some delicious food on time, and any requests in-between such as coffee or water were attended to quickly. Thank you for your great service! :)
Updated****** Their was no power in the room which was given. NO thermostat to adjust the temperature and food delivery by hotel is pathetic. none receives our calls. NO additional water bottles was given
Spent mandatory quarantine period of 3 days here .Room was clean and tidy . Staff was quick to respond.They have facility of all main types of cuisines though food preparation not tasty, needs improvement and most importantly have provision to go out for walk also twice a day with restrictions.
I booked this hotel for my mom arrivals for 3 days quarantine , I live in Vancouver and when ever I called I was waiting for a long time to someone pick the phone up, n when I asked for important documents to send in my mom’s room they forgot , n I called several times to get it done. They needs more stuff to answer the phone.
