I hired support services for my father from Homes Instead. The initial call for assistance was courteously responded to and I received a call the next morning for an interview that day. By the next day, staff were assigned and working with my father. I met all three workers and they were all personable and quickly engaged with my father. We live in The Beaches and highly recommend Home Instead Senior Care @ Woodbine & Danforth. Denise came to our home in spring to meet our Mum, who is in the early stages of dementia, our family and to understand our home care needs. We started home care the following week and the caregivers and office team have been professional, kind & caring, and flexible. We started with night care and weekend day care 2 days per week and will adjust the schedule as needed. Home Instead Senior Care provided 6 weeks of 24 hour, in hospital care for our 86 year old father. The Personal Support Workers were dependable, knowledgeable and compassionate. The administrative staff were professional, efficient and understanding. Home Instead made a difficult time for our family much easier.
