In the beginning of January, I picked up my brand new car from Queensway Honda and I definitely had a wonderful experience from the very beginning to the very end when I received the keys to my CRV. Michael, and Alena were all amazing in answering my many questions about the different car models, the features and the financing. Mark calmed my nerves with his patience in explaining all the features in the car that were all NEW to me. Everyone exercised the appropriate measures in regards to Covid and I felt safe during my entire time at the dealership. I highly recommend Queensway Honda to anyone who is looking for a Honda!!! I had a great experience at Honda Queensway. Despite there being a pandemic they were very well organized and happy to let me test drive my car. They didn't have the colour that I wanted, but quickly found one for me. The sales associate that helped me, Emil, was very friendly and helped me get a great deal.
