I am so happy with my shopping experience here! I spoke with the representative, Joel, about their products and his recommendations for Malin Goetz and other brands I was interested in. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me find an amazing product, the Riversol Anti-Redness Serum, that even after one day I am in love with! Thank you again Joel for the lovely chat and all your help, you are an amazing asset to your team!
Today I went into the shop to find it completely renovated, looking fantastic! I was taken care of by Sophie who was so lovely, gave me some great insight on various products while allowing me the space and room to browse freely whilst also being attentive and conversational.
