I really value supporting independent and small businesses during this time, and I was happy to come across such a long standing family-owned establishment. She helped me figure out what kind of bezel would look good for the sapphire and helped me modify it so that it was just right. Her turn-around time was very fast and her pricing was competitive. Got my engagement ring here, Kim is amazing! Friendly staff, communicated exactly everything. Showed us the laser etching of the diamond to match the GIA report. Better pricing than online and have the peace of mind of them being a local business. Best of all, she said YES!!
