Great customer service, fast (next day for the part I got, seems to be common) shipping to the store, far and away the lowest price I could find. Also easy access via Queen and King streetcars (if your car isn't working). Highly recommended. Great asset to downtown Toronto.

I never write reviews but I am writing this one on my walk back from this auto parts store. A high level of professionalism combined with down to earth charismatics is what you would expect from the employees. Furthermore I was very pleased with their service and I’m writing this review so that others may find this shop like I did.
People are nice and easy to deal,trustworthy I’m happy for what parts a bought from the store and they gave me a discount!, and lowest price.... thanks!!!!!

Not going to find better prices anywhere else. For me, I don't even bother to comparison shop, I just order whatever I need and they will have the parts ready in a few hours. Open Saturday's is a huge bonus for out-of-towners who work weekdays and can't make the drive. Ordered parts from Waterloo on a Friday afternoon, picked up parts Saturday morning. When I went to pay for the order, the prices came down in price by a few dollars and the difference/savings past on to me. It's only a few bucks but it's nice to see how honest they are; they could have kept the difference for themselves.
