We have nothing but the most positive feedback from our experience with Kimberfire. Getting a ring is intimidating but the idea of a custom engagement ring was appealing to get just what we wanted. We were lucky enough to get an in person consultation prior to covid where Larissa walked us through the entire process. She educated us on how to get the most out of our ring and helped design a setting exactly to our specifications. After the initial consultation she responded to questions over email and helped choose a stone right in line with our budget. We got to see a rendering before we committed and the final result exceeded our expectations. We designed a round cut diamond with a halo with diamonds on the band and on the supports. We were always concerned about too much metal but all we can see is diamonds and we love it! We want to express our gratitude with the entire company and especially Larissa who helped us make our choices with confidence. This is something we will remember forever and I'm glad we chose to work with Kimberfire. Already Looking forward to going back for the wedding bands.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Our consultant Larissa took us through every step of the process and made sure that our custom made design would be ready for our big day. Quality is on par with other big name retailors for a fraction of the price.
My fiance and I had an amazing journey at getting the engagement ring of our (my!) dreams. We had initially gone to many jewellery stores (big box and private), and ultimately settled on Kimberfire after a recommendation by a close friend who'd worked with Michael in the past. We ended up working with Larissa, who did a wonderful job at explaining everything that goes into making a custom engagement ring and was with us step-by-step along the way. I was a bit picky about the design and she was very understanding in helping me work with the lab to get exactly what I wanted. Thank you so much for all of your patience and excitement, Larissa! We (I!) can't stop staring at it!!!
My fiance and I had such an incredible experience with Kimberfire. The entire process was seamless, and Larissa was incredibly attentive. We were never pushed to purchase outside our budget range. We had a custom ring made and it turned out beautifully, we will definitely be back for our wedding rings ans other jewelery needs in the future!

Throughout the entire process, I felt comfortable working with Larissa, trusted her recommendations and did not feel pressured.
