Reasonable price for professional work. Never had any problems and they answered any questions I had, no pressure. Also I do not know where the 500 deposit came from, but they never asked me for that. Im pretty sure that person got this place confused with another.

Save yourself time, money and agony and take your business elsewhere. I’ve heard from numerous people that this place is outrageously expensive but i never thought they were scam artist. They charged me 100 for making ‘an appointment over the phone’ to see an accountant (I have not even met him or had phone consultation with him). I cancelled 4 days prior to the actual appointment after they fail to make an appointment on the day that i requested AND demanded 500 deposit (which I thought was absurd but did it anyhow). After Number of attempt to retrieve deposit, I was able to get a hold of the accountant Kye Lee and he was extremely rude and called me names and said “I deserved to be talked down” and that they spent time “making an appointment” that is what the 100 charge is for. I reported to CPA governing body and also consumer protection. I still did not recovered the deposit in full. I do not wish anybody else to go through this and had to make a fair review as I believe they have no business ethics nor basic manner and competancy to operate/ offer professional services. I would give negative stars if I could. Avoid at all cost! There are many other good accounting firms out there!
