From day one, she was so helpful, educational, and with my family being absent, due to being on the other side of the world, she was a great support system. Long story short, the ring she was able to create was nothing short of breathtaking. Incredibly responsive jeweler who's custom pieces become family heirlooms. They replicated a pair of bespoke earrings which I had purchased from them 20 years ago but had lost. The replacement pair is exquisite. Did an amazing job in a reasonable timeframe for a very fair price.
