Had a request for a birthday balloon arrangement and it was done very quickly and it turned out amazing! Over 1 day now and the balloons still look perfect — it made them feel quite special (for as special as COVID birthday could be). Staff was courteous and friendly from start to finish, will be back!

We contacted this place on our anniversary and we are so happy with the services. Aline is really helpful and guided me over call (due to lockdown) as to what all they have, and what products would fit my expectations. The price is okay and the service is super quick. The quality of balloons that I ordered was great that it's been 12 days but balloons still look the same. . I would definitely order again.
Great merchandise. But, your sales staff should be advised that it is very rude to guess someone's age, especially when they are off by 2 decades... and make it worse by trying to justify their statement. It is more than rude. Insulting. Why would anyone come back? Perhaps some training to improve people skills?
