The Assistant manager Peter and his fellow colleague Chelsea were of fantastic help in ensuring that I got what I needed and ensuring I left the store satisfied with excellent service, this is the reason why I stay loyal to this excellent Montreal based Canadian brand, excellent service along with the nicest jackets in the market. Mackage doesn’t disappoint in the hiring process as I’ve only received good customer service experiences every time I’ve went, Peter and Chelsea had only seen me once prior to our 2nd time meeting and they had already remembered my name, almost making feel like home like a Mackage family .

Store manager, Amy, was a great help when we got into the store. At first, we were asked to wait in a line, even though the store wasn't busy, which was a bit weird, but after we were let in, it made sense. There is only one of each item so if you need a different size, a team member has to go into the back to get it for you. They want to make sure you have the service you need. Amy knew exactly what I was looking for and checked me out, all while joking with my husband (who wasn't so happy about the line!) All in all, good experience. Of course, the clothing speaks for itself.
Great experience with Jack at Mackage. He was super helpful over the phone, provided great detail/information on the jackets, payment/pick up, and even sent me pictures of the jackets so I could see the furs. The pick up process of seamless as well. It was very professional and I felt comfortable throughout it all. Thank you Jack for a straight forward and easy purchase!
This is the best shopping experience ever. the manager of Mackage eaton centre who went above and beyond to help me find out the jacket which I want. even though he didn't have it in his store he ordered it for me the last one. I find he is very patients, very warm, understanding, empathetic. Thank you so much for the remarkable experience.

I ordered the Nori-K online from Mackage. This coat arrived "new" in box with a broken zipper. I contacted Mackage about the issue and got the run-around twice before being asked to pay 60 for a repair. I thought there was a warranty?? Why would I pay 60 to repair a broken zipper THEY sent ME? Plus shipping. This item was supposedly new and well-crafted. How could they send me a poorly-manufactured piece like this? Additionally, why would I pay to repair an item that shouldn't have been broken in the first place? I was instructed to "dispute the repair fee". What kind of Customer Service is this??
