Happy I was referred to this place. I had lost all hope in my knee and Aubrey restored my confidence first, then worked with me over months to get me back on track. Never been to a better place for physio in Toronto and the receptionist is very warm and welcoming.

The location is convenient as it’s close to a subway line and it has access to the PATH. The staff are very friendly and professional. This is the third Physiotherapy clinic I’ve tried and had the most tailored treatment here. The only improvement I would suggest is an online booking system for returning customers. It can be hard to get someone on the phone to book appointments.
Had a amazing experience here, if you are looking for a Physiotherapy in Toronto this is the place. They don’t rush you and really spend time figuring out what’s wrong and making sure you leave feeling amazing. after my first appointment I left feeling soo good. During my one visit I got acupuncture, ultrasound therapy, massage therapy, and taping.
Best Physio in Toronto! Aubrey is amazing! He takes his time to determine your injury, and then does a great job of explaining what's going on so it's easy to understand. It really gives me confidence in the treatment Aubrey decides to proceed with, knowing that we are both working with the same information. I've been to this clinic for a few injuries, and with their care, I've been able to fully recover and get back to my normal activities. Super convenient as well for anyone working in the city, as the building is accessible from the path and located close to Queen station. I've referred a number of friends and coworkers here, and they have all been very happy with the service they've received. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for treatment.
Matrix is a professional Physiotherapy centre that's located in downtown Toronto. Beautiful office, convenient location, nice people. I have had pleasant experiences at Matrix. They care about you as a client, you are not treated like just a number. You can see the professionalism from the services that they provide. It is my go-to physiotherapy centre in Toronto, and I recommend this place to my friends.
