I've been with this pharmacy for almost 10 years mostly due to their convenience to my Doctor's office. This has really been 10 years too long, though they have most certainly gotten worse over time. They appear absent minded on the phone and I am almost always forced to repeat myself several times before they actually hear what I am saying. They have also filled my prescription incorrectly and forgotten to deliver it as requested on more than one occasion. I recently switched to Pace Pharmacy on 11 Isabella and would highly recommend them instead. The convenience of this pharmacy is not worth the frustration and poor service.

There is not only a drug store in here there is a health center here to. It is has Sherborne Health Center here to, there are other offices here to but don't know the office here I think they are other health Center.

Hands down - best pharmacy in town; - in more ways than one. This family-owned business is truly all-around outstanding at doing their job - whether it’s customer service, professionalism or timely and competent adherence to their responsibilities as well as their willingness to go out of their way to help their clients so as to ensure that the people who rely on them and their professionalism are well taken care of. I have been a client for approx 2 years; and even after relocating to live 30 minutes away; I refuse to go anywhere else because I won’t get the same quality of service and the same regard for myself and my wellbeing from any other competing business. I believe that the people who work there take a lot of pride in what they do because it shows in the way they treat other people - regardless of any apparent or perceived social disadvantages - they make you feel welcomed valued and cared for - both as a client as well as a human being. In regards to Main Drug Mart Pharmacy as a business - they are great because: 1) they do not ever entertain or impose any nonsense or stupidity onto themselves or others for any reason AND 2) their team of professionals is highly competent, consistent, reliable dependable and predictable in all the best ways and for that I wanted to sincerely thank you all for your work and dedication, I love you guys! PS special thanks to Robert for having my back and not leaving me shorthanded yet AGAIN despite it being my own mistake and despite having to be inconvenienced while off duty

Amazing team at Medicare. Knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. Great support when I have had questions or concerns about new and existing medications. Have been going here for over 8 years and would rate them as one of the best pharmacies in the city. Thanks to the team for all their support over the years.

Pharmacists Robert and Andrew along with all of the other staff are always ready to help and pleasant to talk to even when not feeling so great. Great service and communication at 410 Medicare!
