I tried to use this service on a monthly basis... requested a quote and got a quick response but when I answered their questions to get a custom tailored quote, I never heard back. I assume my 680sq ft condo isn’t worth their while... too bad because we’re moving to a house and have two other properties that also need maid services. I actually went with a larger company specifically because I wanted things to be done professionally and by the book and I was willing to pay more for a no hassle experience. Unfortunately, that just wasn’t the case.

Love this cleaning service - friendly cleaner, very thorough and very careful with my nic-nacs.
I have tried other companies and Merry Maids are by far the best! They are so professional, bring all of their own equipment, are insured which is very important if something goes well and have been accommodating of any requests that I have made.
Basement & Main floor includes 3 Bathrooms and 2 Bedrooms, Kitchen, Living Room, Dining Room, Hallways, Stairs, Family Room were all cleaned in a timely and proficient manner by 2 very nice people. I'd recommend this company to anyone.
