Bought a pair of shoes on Jan 17th. Didn't hear from them for a week so decided to ask what's up. Didn't respond so asked a second time a few days later. Was told they will look into it. Didn't hear from them for another 2 days. Money was then refunded with no explanation. Shoes are still available on the site.
