WHAT TO TRY?!? Their brunch!! I can’t speak for their steaks and dinner because I haven’t tried their dinners yet, but the brunch was good!!! For 45 you get a good selection of AYCE hot and cold plates and breads and desserts! The price also includes drinks too! Unlike a lot of the hotel brunch buffets, they put a lot of effort into making and preparing their food in a way that you keep going back for more. Of course they have the bacon, huge sausages and lots of ham to offer. There’s heat lamps constantly shining on the hot food to keep them warm and the best part is, the kitchen and the heavy fireplace ovens are right beside the buffet counter. Don’t fret the food isn’t fresh because you can see them replenish food very quickly on a busy brunch afternoon when foot traffic is high. I love the fact that the restaurant is also right next to the beach - woodbine beach! So after a game of intense volleyball in the morning or afternoon, you can head over to the restaurant for lunch or dinner! They age their steaks and other meats in house too so you’re guaranteed they know what they’re doing and better control how they like their meats to age! LAST TIP?! For those of you who are a fan of mimosas, you’re in for a treat! They have bottomless mimosas for an additional 19.99 so if you can drink, I highly recommend you take up on this deal! Well to start an afternoon in a happy go lucky kind of way!

I had an amazing time at Neruda! Their cuisine is filled with history with their flavours. I strongly recommend the Neruda Seafood Platter if you are feeling like having a lobster night. Neruda is known for their cured meats, their mouth watering Dry-Age Rib Eye is perfectly salted, and melts right in your mouth. The location is gorgeous, I ate by the patio and you can see Woodbine Beach from afar. Eating at Neruda definitely felt like I was at a resort!

This is a late posting. We were a large group who tried their brunch buffet earlier this year. Looking at their website though, not sure this is still available. I can’t comment on what dinner is like, but the buffet wasn’t quite worth it. There weren’t too many options, and you could basically try almost everything savoury in one go. It was kind of basic, though prettily set up. The space is quite large, beautifully lit, and full of natural light. At the front, there is an aging room with all their meat. And, you cannot deny the fact that it’s right by the beautiful beach and adjacent parks, with ample parking.

I have a pleasure having my dinner at this amazing restaurant. The owner is very humble and passionate about his food. The view is breathtaking. I enjoyed every single moment here. I had tried the age old stake which just melts in my mouth. I never had a stake this juicy and delicious also the see food is amazing . Definitely worth having a visit. I would highly recommend this place.

Major shoutout to the Neruda Restaurant for completely redefining customer experience. From the elegantly placed tables to the bold wooden ceiling beams above, Luxury dinning simply does not explain the royal wonder it has on its customers. Neruda will capture your attention and leave you breathless as the precisely decorated dishes are laid ever so gently in front of you. When you begin to laugh and relate to it’s superb staff, one can only feel at home. I have absolute gratitude since it was a very special and particular day for me, and I could have asked for nothing more than a truly 5 star dining experience.

Absolutely amazing food. The rib eye steak is melt in your mouth and the seafood platter is to die for. Some of the recipes are even some of the owner’s mother’s recipes. The restaurant has a story in every brick and table, just get the owner Alex to tell you about it. Everyone there is warm and welcoming. If you are in the Beaches neighbourhood of Toronto, you have to make a stop here.

First time eating at Neruda and what a privilege it was. My friends and I enjoyed a five course meal. I would definitely Recommend the dry aged rib-eye and the Neruda seafood platter. So much flavour and it all paired so well with each other. Everything you eat is from local farms. It’s very nice to know all the meat and produce we were dining on was supporting Ontario farms. Not only that but everything in Neruda has meaning behind it. The bricks of this restaurant were all refurbished, told by Nick, the owner himself. Also, they had wood burners where the steaks and meat were being cooked, just like meat was cooked in the old days. I love how they incorporated that into their restaurant and I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the secret to their unbelievably delicious steaks. I also enjoyed playing Russian Roulette with their peppers. Apparently 1 in 7 peppers were very spicy, as someone who loves spicy food I had to give this a try and I made it to 5 before I found the hot peppers. I would defiantly recommend Neruda to anyone in Toronto, my experience will be unforgettable and i can’t wait to bring others to experience the same.

We went here for dinner with some friends and the food was excellent. We were also very happy with the service that we received. It is on a bit expensive, but the quality of the food (especially the steaks) makes you realize why you are paying what you are paying. I'd definitely recommend this for a finer dining experience with your significant other or a small group of friends. I was surprised by two things: 1) The restaurant wasn't packed 2) They were out of Wagyu :( - I hope they get some soon. They said they weren't happy with their supplier and they were trying to source a new supplier. All the food was great, so go enjoy this place.
