For a premium fitness store, the worst service imaginable. Chasing for the order, show up late, unable to deliver. No follow up or contact. They do not seem to care about their clients at all. After multiple phone calls and over a month later I was able to get my money back. There seemed to be no urgency or customer service. Questionable practices. Great product but very poor service. Buyer beware.

This review is for the company not the store (like many others here). DO NOT BUY A PELOTON!! I have been waiting for four months and dealt with two cancelled deliveries just a couple of hours before the appointment with no explanation. I now have no delivery time scheduled and still no explanation from the company. It appears at this point, Peloton is simply collecting millions in advance payments from customers with no serious intention of delivering bikes. Customer service will not provide you with any information and will not allow you to contact the delivery company. Stay away from this company. Echelon and Bowflex both have good reviews, I'll be cancelling my order and seeing about getting one of them.

My husband and I shopped the Peloton store in Toronto on Jan 26/20 which was a Sunday. We were fabulously helped by Oksana...she was so enjoyable to work with. We were told the bike would be delivered in approx a week. It was delivered today, Wednesday Jan 29/20...only 3 days later!! I am extremely impressed and I haven't even gotten on the bike yet. As a side point, we do not live in a major center so the bike was driven 4 hours to reach us by noon today.

This review is for Peloton customer service, and not the store. The Bike arrived and had no issues - great. I ordered shoes after. The shoes never arrived long after estimated delivery times. I reached out to them and they said the order was cancelled. Keep in mind, no email or notification was sent. They didn't know why. The customer service then put an expiated order for me. Never arrived. Reached out again, and said my order was on hold. Again, no email or notification. They put me on hold to reach out on some "Special Order" team or something like that, and then I lost connection. It is disappointing that a simple shoe order , they can't give you a status, reasons for delays, and investigate why the delivery cannot be made. They did charge me as soon as I made the order, but cannot make a simple delivery, or tell me what the issue is.
