The first two points that come to mind are that the store was impeccably clean (continually sanitized) and staff are very attentive Negra the young sales lady was patient and focused on our needs solely through out providing great advice. It was a very personalized and classy atmosphere with only a limited number of guests being allowed in at a time. The jewlery is glove sanitized before and after presentation. I will highly recommend for the experience alone. Price was on point with some decent sales.

Yesterday I went to look for a last minute present for my aunt. I spoke with an associate named Sam who apologized for the long wait (which I assumed was going to happen since it was Christmas Eve) it was still nice to have someone who was all about customer service. I let her know what type of jewelery I was open to and the budget. She was extremely helpful, honest and never rushed us. It was great having someone show you all the options and exercise patience (since I am very indecisive at times). In the end I bought a present for both my aunt and mother, and a stuffed puppy (which I am definitely keeping). Would definitely go back to this location and ask for Sam. Here is a photo of our adorable new stuffed puppy in his new home!

Went to get my rings inspected today as part of the warranty. The employee was very helpful although I didn't have the proper documents, they looked up my purchase and completed everything for me.
