The greatest repair experience of my life. Shane came over to my house, took one look at both my machines and fixed them up to a playable level in under an hour. Super impressive considering my machines are 1 analog and 1 digital and that they've been sitting without maintenance for about 20 years. He even offered to take the play and headboards back to his workshop to really fix them. After fixing them this guy even shows me a new Pinball trick I had never seen I think he called it jumping the valley? Passing the ball from one flipper to the other. Mental. Still can't do it myself. If you're looking for a pinball wizard, you found him.

I could not be happier with the job that Shane and Doug did. By far the best experience that I have ever had with pinball repair. I have had several people look at my Jurassic Park pinball machine but the problems were never properly resolved. Shane and Doug were able to fix every issue and it is now running like a new pinball machine. They also serviced my Rocky & Bullwinkle and as expected it is also running like a dream-machine. They were very accommodating, had great communication, extremely knowledgable and very reasonable rates. When it come to pinball, there are none better! I highly recommend!

I emailed Toronto pinball repair and they responded immediately. That alone was so appreciated. Within a week, today Shane and Doug came to my home and repaired my Flash pinball machine and my Skee ball machine. They are both working perfectly. Shane and Doug are kind and considerate and so good at what they do!! They will do house calls or you can take your games direct to their facility for repair. Thanks so much Shane and Doug!!
Excellent quality service and attention to detail. Had to return for with new parts and did so within a week...the kids couldn’t be happier. Shane was helpful and knowledgeable and i highly recommend. Our machine is like new! Thx vm guys.
Ok these are the guys you want fixing your pinball machine. I moved my parents old 1972 Funfest into my basement. Hadn’t been played in years. They were at it for at least 4 hours - I can’t believe the job they did. So grateful to them. Thank you!
Shane and Doug are the guys that you want to repair your pinballs! They fixed my Medieval Madness (which needed a lot of work), LOTR and TSPP. Watching them work, you can tell that they know what they're doing. They responded quickly to my emails/calls. Very glad that I chose them.
Shane and Doug set me up with my very first pinball machine and my experience with them was excellent. Shane is very knowledgeable and was extremely patient with all my newbie questions. He took the time to go through the machine thoroughly with me and helped me with the set up in my basement. He is very fair and respectful and I will definitely be working with TPR again.
