Even though we couldn’t dine-in at the time, we had a great first experience with both the friendly staff and the food itself! We ordered the 46 piece platter for 2 people which was plenty. The assortment was impressive and the flavour combinations of the pressed sushi were surprising and delicious. We walked-in to order and pick up our food, and the staff was so friendly. I mentioned this was my special birthday treat, and they upgraded our salad- see photos!! Thank you! The kitchen is open concept, so it was neat to see them prepare the sushi and use their torches. It also gave me peace of mind of sanitation levels during a time when it’s extra important. I’m looking forward to visiting again, hopefully soon, to dine-in.

My first experience with Project fish was 1.5years ago and the service and food were amazing. I recently ordered take out as I was craving sushi, especially Aburi sushi. It was okay. I understand take out food can taste different but honestly I dont think I will go back :p

This place is a little pricey but SO good. The torched sushi flavours are buttery and melt in your mouth delicious. It’s definitely an indulgence. Unfortunately the sushi wasn’t packaged in the classic bento boxes on our last delivery order, which sucks because they were so unique. Possible that they’re cutting back on cost.

Really enjoyed their torched Aburi sushi. Price is on the higher side but totally worth it when you want quality tasty Aburi torched sushi.

Cute hip place. The pressed torched sushi sets look and taste quite good. Price might be a little on the higher side but not unreasonable for the food and area.
