Literally the worst. No one answers the phone. Customer service is rude but most importantly they do not pick up or deliver on time. Then blame it on dispatch or the customer. Why have a special instructions section if it won’t be read. I’ve used QMS for years (by force) and it’s dreadful every time.

Used to work here.honestly don't know how their still in business. 2weeks from 9-5 on bicycle and only around 300??? That's nuts ... Never work for them , I feel like going back just to refer their workers to a better paying courier job

This company is very difficult to reach. They did not reply to my emails even though they said the easiest way to contact them is through email. I called them and was able to speak to a representative after being on hold for 20 minutes. I wanted to reschedule a package delivery. The woman I spoke to was very nice and told me to come in to their office to pick up my package. I went to their office and was told that they do not give packages to customers who pick them up in person. The lady I spoke to at their office was extemely condescending and I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. I was given my package in the end. Overall, I did not have a good experience with this company.

Worst delivery service in Toronto! Supposed to deliver our new phones from Roger's within 3-5 business days. They wouldn't leave it at our door. Wouldn't leave it with a neighbour. Insisted we be home to receive it but it took them TEN DAYS! They used the excuse of having the wrong contact number even though we emailed the correct number to them twice. Said they couldn't deliver because there was no access code, even though we told them it was a second floor walk-up. We had someone at home 24 hrs a day! Even paid the dog walker so we could be home. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!

By far the worst courier company I have come across. I have to sign for the package, that according to the tracking, was being delivered on Sunday. It's now Wednesday evening and I still do not have my package. The delivery time changes by the hour. 3 days of waiting at home for nothing and now I will need to cancel my day tomorrow to wait around again! I have called, I sent emails, and had Fido phone them as well. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails. I would give zero stars if I could. Why Rogers and Fido continue to use them is beyond me...
