Over all great experience with Canwise. The paperwork process was a tad cumbersome, but I suppose necessary. And that had more to do with the actual bank that gave me the mortgage rate. It was a was a fantastic rate so I guess that is the most important part.

Just recently completed a mortgage re-finance and switch to a different financial institution. Despite the virtual scenario, Fahad, our Canwise rep, make the entire experience a very pleasant and almost easy one! He was very communicative, called abck when he said he would and was prompt in responding to our emails with a callback to answer questions and fill in the gaps. Overall, highly recommended!

I was using PC Insurance for over 10 years, but on my last renewal notice my house insurance jumped by 30% without having made any claims for as long as I've had house insurance, further more I found out the rebuild cost of the house had been sandbagged by over 50% by the PC Insurance Reps. The PC Insurance broker told me they couldn't find a better rate even with a rebuild cost that was less than half of what they had quoted me before. I started shopping around and went to some of the online insurance companies. Square One and Sonnet which had better prices but it was irritating to have to go to all the different sites to compare prices. Then I went to the rate hub site and the process was incredibly fast to put in my info and get a list of quotes form a bunch of different insurance companies. It made it really easy to compare prices. I selected a provider that looked good and within an hour was on the phone with a rep who was fantastic and was able to save me over 1000 / year on car and home insurance for slightly better coverage than I had before. I couldn't be happier with the experience. Great job Rate Hub!!

I’ve used Ratehub to research mortgage rates and used their calculators when I was buying my first condo. It’s pretty neat you can look at all the options without having to individually read up all the bank websites. I have told a few friends who were looking to buy properties about this site. Overall easy to use
