One of the arms broke off my Tortoise shell coloured Ray Ban Sunglasses. He said he could repair them and we agreed on a price to repair them. When he called to say they where ready, I drove to his store to pick them up. The Ray Ban Sunglasses he gave back to me where BLACK, not the Tortoise shell coloured ones that had polarized lenses. He proceeds to tell me that these BLACK Ray Bans, where the one's I brought in. He also told me to go home and check to make sure I did not have them at home. Had those Tortoise Shell Ray Ban's for 10 years. The Repair Center is a TOTAL RIP OFF, he is not trustworthy and dishonest. Take you business somewhere else. I find it interesting, that he was unable to provide a photo of the Ray Ban sunglasses when I was in his store and now he post that he has one. Especially, after I posted this review.

Dismissive customer service. Came in for an inquiry and the store attendant was not interested in helping and was rude and acted blatantly uninterested. Obviously was not his target customer. Imagine making someone feel unwelcome in your place of business. Recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Brought my gold bracelet in with a broken clasp, was fixed within less than one day and looks good as new! The owner also noticed other areas of the bracelet that needed fixing that I didn’t notice myself. Great customer service!

I live in the neighbourhood and stopped in with my Citizen Eco drive watch that had stopped keeping accurate time. I knew it wasn't the battery. Brought my watch in and the owner knew exactly what the problem was with my brand of watch. He ordered the part and had it repaired in a week. Working like new now! Very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service. The owner even helped me in and out of the shop with my stroller!

I needed to find a new loop to hold down the strap on my watch band. I happened to find this place via Google Maps. The owner quickly assessed what I needed - just a loop and not a whole new band - popped in on, and I was out in less than 5 minutes. Just 5.00. Very satisfied with my experience.

Stay away from this place! I brought my Burberry watch in a few months ago as the strap had popped off. When I came back, there was a strange glue on the band, there were sharp edges and the band wasn't even put on properly (it didn't go on the same way anymore). When I told him about the sharp edge, he SANDED down which damaged the leather strap. I love the watch dearly and continue to wear it, but now where he's sanded it continues to get more and more damaged. I also remember the pricing being ridiculous (although I accept fault for not asking first). And worst of all, Burberry doesn't make watches anymore so I can't even replace the strap. I'm now in need of replacing another watch battery - but despite this being close to home, I'm going to go out of my way to avoid this place. Do yourself a favour (especially if you value your posessions), stay away!!! I basically paid this guy to ruin my watch and would hate for the same to happen to anyone else.

Leo is a very special person. I took my grandfather's pocket watch in for repair. He was knowledgeable, efficient and very nice. Im coming back with some more repairs that he can do to my wife's jewelry.
