I was involved in a car accident. Treatment was fantastic, very professional. They helped me with every single step along the way. The therapists were great. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Their hours are very convenient. The clinic is clean and well-organized for patients. The overall experience was exceptional. Best experience and support possible by a clinic. Doctor supervises the work from a close distance while all the workers are caring and provide a personal touch when it comes to patient care. I totally recommend the service.
Bad experience with service and insurance filing. They mesed up my claim filing and I had to pay for some of it out of pocket despite having full coverage with Blue cross. One of the front desk staff is/was (this happened a year ago) very rude and condescending. Filed a complaint with Blue Cross too to remove them from their recommended health professionals list. The chiropodist is really good though.
When your feeling run down, go get a B12 shot or IV here, you'll be good as new
