The first time we called, Chad took the call, he was just amazing, calm, professional and gave information we were not even aware excited. Just fell in love with the picture of the facility and the staff professionalism and level of care. Called again to speak with Chad but he was not in the office that day, spoke to Melissa who was equally amazing, she provided a price list promptly, we discussed options with the family, got back to her for some adjustment and she was just simply fantastic and accommodated our needs. Michael was our go to person who worked with us to execute final arrangements; Michael is equally amazing, professional, kind, caring and very supportive. We visited the facility to plan the service; Michael was awesome, all our requests were met and beyond. Day of service, Michael and Melissa were present, Adam and Nada were equally wonderful and just an amazing addition to the team; everyone truly made things go smooth for us. We are just amazed how in sync the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel team are. We are grateful we made the right choice to have had the funeral service of our dearly beloved departed sister at Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel; She is pleased with the choice. I have waited for today Valentine’s Day to post this review,as it’s a day of Love for all. I have been truly blessed to get to know and work with Daniel and Mike at the Rosar Morrison funeral home.My father’s Ceremony and every little detail that was done to make the day truly beautiful for my Father and our family will never be forgotten. Daniel and Mike and Rev you were so very attentive and loving and helping me every step of the way , I cannot thank you enough from the bottom of my heart. I have so many great things to say about this place the list would go on and on. This team at the Rosar Morrison will forever be in my heart for the services ,Love,compassion ect they gave to our family. Your new friend Jane for life Daniel. And Mike and team . Jane
Chad and the staff Rosar-Morrison funeral home and chapel, are truly wonderful and caring people. Chad was accessible and with his experience, greatly made my father’s passing so much easier. They couldn’t have been more kind, patient and caring. Thank you all.
The people at Rosar-Morrison were able to offer a variety of options. There was no pressure to pursue any one course of action and we were able to plan what I had in mind already, given the circumstances of Covid. They were sensitive to the needs of me, my family and our visitors. The Home itself is very clean and well-maintained, and most importantly, the staff there are very understanding and professional. I highly recommend it.
I lost a good and close friend recently and Rosar was the place we chose for his service. Melisa was very kind and professional. We went over everything and on the day of the funeral all went smoothly. The staff at Rosar help us set up our equipment and arrange our room comfortably. Highly recommended.
