I had dropped of my watch for 5year service of battery and other small things. It returned to me in a month. I wore it for 1month, it was working and all of a sudden stops working no more tik. I bring it in under the same complaint and go on to explain I would like to change the battery and the the clasp of the watch opens randomly and that I would like to change it and that these bolts were loos making the strap lose and shake . These guys had my watch 8 months told me there sending it to Italy when there main repair Center is in Markham Ontario called Timex. I GET MY WATCH BACK AND NOTHING WAS DONE. NOT HAPPY...THEY MADE ME PAY 300 WAIT 8 MONTHS FOR NOTHING. AND HAVE NO FIX. EXCEPT TO SEND IT TO ITSLY AGIAN... WORST SERVICE EVER...

I have been a somewhat regular customer of Ferragamo for years almost exclusively through their online website as well as through saks fifth avenue during my frequent trips to the usa. However that all changed last year when i stopped at the yorkdale location to pick up my wifes birthday present. The young saleswoman Quzaima was wonderful, very knowledgeable, polite and professional. She helped to pick out a Vara bag for my wife which she absolutely loves. This all happened before the current pandemic and my experience with her left me with such a great impression that i have used her remote services a number of times since. No matter how big or small each order was, she was always quick to respond through text and even sending detailed videos of items i was interested in. I know its not the same as shopping in person, but when i need anything from Ferragamo, i will not go to anyone else and i highly recommend her services.
Had an excellent shopping experience with Sheldon at this location. The North York Farrogamo store is seems better stocked than the Square 1 location and they explained to me that North York is the flagship location. Reserved the mok strap shoes online and when I got there they were all ready for pick up.
On December 6th at 4pm I was in this shop trying on clothing. I politely asked the young Asian saleswoman if she would mind putting my phone to charge while I shopped. (Informing her that I had the charger) She rudely refused. When I told her colleague he kindly placed my phone to charge. Annoyed I voiced my disbelief. The Asian saleswoman (who was still learning how to speak English) then told me off, saying I need to be quiet and not talk! I told her to shut it, asked for the business card and left. Horrible customer service. The one star is for the kind salesman that tried to make up for his rude colleague.
Most amazing service I have had in a while. All three members of staff working at the time of my purchase were so kind and helpful. I am so pleased with the service that it actually makes my belt I purchased better. Thank you Derek Z and the other two members of staff I didn’t get the names of. You guys are amazing !
Extremely bad customer service at this location .I tryed to return a wallet after 8 days that was bought at regular price and thay wount return or exchange. Wallet was never opened from the original box. Whit when I check online it says up to 30 days and very bad staff.
