Dodgy dishonest management style. They promote end of the day 2 pieces for 6.99. YES, as they will tell you 2 slice for 6.99 only, period. You choose your slices, once they put them in the oven, they will tell you, you have to purchase a drink in order to have this deal. They deliberately not mention about having to buy an additional drink before they put your slices in the oven. Very obvious. I went back to look at their sign, they did have additional drink purchase required for this deal but is printed in extra small font.

Food is good and tastes Price is not reasonable (explanation below) Customer service is poor Location is prime So the pasta in the picture cost 18 if you purchase it as a combo (Minute Maid apple juice and garlic bread stick). The cashier rang in a combo although it was not asked for. So the plate ended up costing 13 is after removing the apple juice!!! Management: lower your food pricing. Your menus is flour based which is considered the cheapest.
Sbarro at Eaton Center. Horrible BOILED meatballs with too much fillers. Meatballs were soaked in can of uncooked tomatoes sauce. Wow can't imagine such horrible tasting food. I feel good about my own cooking lol. Pizza was so stale. Would not patronize there again. Can I have my money back
Splendid pizza with generous amount of toppings you get a lot with veggies sauce and meats. It was absolutely better then most I've had and the typical chains especially the ranch and sweet chili heat to the pineapple one thin slices but less dough I'll take it 16 for 6 slices of your liking resto style you feel like your transported to Italy!
Super friendly staff. Good cheesy pasta. Moist garlic bread. Good quality toppings in stuffed pizza. Will return for sure.
If you're giving this place good ratings, you have no taste in food. The owner is getting friends to give this place 5 star reviews (look at the 5 star reviewers- they only have 1 review to their name). Honestly, go someplace else. The price is really high for bland food. The stromboli was empty inside (I ordered the chicken and veggie and got... two pieces of tiny chicken and mostly onions). Avoid the combos as they're highly overpriced. Avoid the 'chicken' parmesan. Avoid this place in general. Two stars because at the very least the bread tasted good (but I don't want to pay 15 for bread).
Dishonest practice of telling customers to pick a “free” drink and then charging the combo price despite initially telling them you don’t wish to get anything more than the meal itself and initially rejecting the drink offer. Menu indicates 12.99 but charged more than 16dollars at the cashier because of its dishonest practice of selling you the combo without telling you and marketing it to you as “choose a free drink”. Did not offer a receipt either. Spaghetti with meatball was near inedible and had a weird smell. Meatball was oversized too and too tough for the plastic cutlery to cut
worst service ever, I have ordered Spinach and Mozzarella stromboli as the name suggest there should be cheese in the final dish. As there was no cheese at all in the dish, I went back to the counter and I have displayed my disappointment none of the staff have answered politely and they have started arguing about the matter. Never have thought expected to happen this.
