Well socialized dogs and friendly people. If you want sun walk the board walk, if the sun is too hot there are paths under the large trees. No two dogs are alike, neither are the houses on Hubbard so if you are into residential architecture it is a gold mine of ideas and a feast for the eyes. So is the beauty of the lake which is also never the same two days in a row. Finally, if you enjoy the company of dogs and enjoy watching their energy without all the responsibilities and costs of ownership come to the dog park. It's probably the best one in the city.

Nice spot, a bit crowded sometimes. Dog loves it though.
This stretch of beach at the end of the Woodbine beach area allows you to have your dog off-leash. Lots of people hanging out with their friends, kids, and pets freely. Its not fenced, however your dog will have to walk up the stairs in order to leave the area. There are flights of stairs at the end of each road adjacent to the beach. Its quite large and accommodates everyone with or without dogs.
Beautiful off leash dog area on the water. Some dogs on leash walking through, kids, people with bikes... It is also NOT fenced in. This off-leash area is only suitable for well trained dogs with excellent recall. The Kew Beach park 1 km West on the beach is mostly fenced in and better for dogs who don't have these skills or are likely to run off.
Lovely park area for dogs - lots of open beach & water edge areas!!
