Personally, I experienced nothing but rudeness st my Sister's downtown Toronto condominium. This is obviously a low budget security firm that cares nothing more then just making ,-Money- and nothing else. The way this security person spoke, they do not belong in a place of where interactions with people in general. Zare taking place! The President of The Board is s good friend of my wife! Moving forward, it's time for this agency to pack up and go. Do not hire them, you will be disappointed,!

Worst condo security staff I have ever had. The security in my building has never once picked up the phone, the phone rings all day but they do nothing but sit at the security desk and play on their phones, LOST one of my parcels and will not reimburse me. This company is an absolute joke.
