Thank you Lisa Bernard for being my OW worker. I can't thank her enough for her hard work. She's very respectful, returns your phone calls, and helps me out when I need it. PS. I love Ethan too. There's not enough words for how he handled my case with respect as well. Two thumbs up.

They beat you up because you have a service dog and Peter Foote commends them - security for doing so and Shoma does nothing, does not answer phone calls, tells you you deserve to be homeless and they will not help to ensure you are safe and have a place to live with your service dog and prides herself and her job description in saying she is not required to know how to help her clients or to provide them with any funding or assist you with getting funding!! And if you are upset at her being disrespectful to you about having a service dog she will tell you it is your fault and you should put your service dog in a shelter!!
