Great place to board your dog. Wonderful caring staff, great facilities. My dog Annie loves staying there, she gets so excited when she knows she's going to stay there. What a relief knowing your loved puppy is being so well cared for. Cannot say enough good things about Soulmutts. My go to place to board my girl when I go on vacation.

Ollie (my dog) has been going to SOULMUTTS since we moved to Toronto in 2018. They have been the best thing for him and for an anxious dog mom! I was so worried about finding a reliable dog sitter/walker/boarding location/groomer, and SOULMUTTS provides all that! They are so accommodating when they can be also! I never have to spend my time worrying when I am away from Ollie as I know he’s in the best hands. I trust SOULMUTTS the way I would a family member to care for my dog! They’re highly responsive, budget friendly service! Can’t recommend and praise enough!
My dog got sick the day I was scheduled to drop her off for 2 weeks at Soulmutts. I almost didn't go on my trip. But after speaking to Ally and her the team, I felt incredibly reassured that my pup was in good hands. They texted me pictures every day to keep me updated on my dog's health. My pup had digestive issues, and none of the prescription foods I had left were working. Ally not only researched the best dietary alternatives, she also ordered the food and had it delivered. In the end, she figured out the right diet for my dog, which I now stick to every day. Incredible service, extremely experienced, and most importantly, a caring team.
My puppy loved going here for daycare!! Their hours are perfect for people who need to get to work early (they open at 6:45 am). The staff are very friendly and respond to my texts promptly throughout the day. My pup seems well exercised and happy when he leaves and is definitely excited to go whenever we drop him off. We see lots of pictures of him having fun. The place is a little bit out of the way but never any real traffic when dropping him off or picking him up. The only downside is that the area is industrial and there is quite a bit of dust around but otherwise the best daycare option we have found in Toronto.
Very happy with my first time here. My dog has special needs that they attended to very closely and kept me updated even though I probably messaged 10 times more than I had to. I am a worry wart but they kept me up to speed and made sure that my boy was taken care of the way I take care of him in my home. I have boarded my dog many times before and have not had such reliable experiences so we will be coming back to you guys for sure. Thank you again very much for everything. I was actually able to enjoy my time away knowing he was so well taken care of.
