This CPC is by far the most outstanding, professional, welcoming, inclusive, creative, fun, loving, friendly and simply the best EarlyON centre I have ever seen! You simply rock the world of our kids and ours too! Thank you for being a consistent support during this time, spot on from the beginning of this pandemic you just rocked our homes! Couldn’t imagine my and my son’s life with out this place. When I first became a mother I was the first of all my friends to have a kid. I had no Mom friends! This drop-in helped me find some of my closest friends to this day and provided my son’s with a clean safe environment to play and learn with familiar faces and people his size. The opportunity to sign up for outings at no cost was also a huge bonus since I was low income. It was nice to take my son places I never would of thought of or been able to afford. This Center is a judgment free place where breastfeeding is welcomed and not shamed. This place helped me and many others I have talked with to find a sense of community and belonging. Good staff, good people, good times.
The most fantastic, friendly, helpful staff EVER work at the children’s drop in. This centre is clean with a ton of toys, and there is also a toy library available. There are also amazing outings on Wednesdays that you can sign up for. This is an incredible space to meet other caregivers/parents, and a fantastic spot to let your little one explore!
Fantastic team of supportive women at a centre that feels like a girlfriend’s warm inviting family room. These women care and it shows. Excellent Wednesday programming, circle time and crafts, great backyard to play in when it is warm, and a toy library! Also, the best play dough ️ and coffee always brewing. To extend your day: Check out Sam in the library next door, grab some croissants at Bonjour Brioche, coffee at Sidecar...short walk to nearby parks (McCleary is just past the bridge)
Great place for my entire family! I spent a lot of time there during my both mat leaves and in-between. Wonderful staff, full of great resources, connections and advice! My kids loved the circle time, all the crafts and we used the toy library on multiple occasions. I was new in the neighbourhood and this place helped me build life-long friendships, as well as find great local nannies.
