Our speech therapist was no longer working for the company so we asked for another speech therapist to be assigned to our child. Email after email we were told that someone would get back to us, Nothing! Even after we demanded to get a copy of his report, Nothing! Horrible customer service skills from Marika, horrible! I don’t tend to leave names but, it’s absolutely indefensible to treat clients that have children with challenges in such a manner!
