Quality- There are things here from the 1970's. Things they shouldn't sell but are still trying to. Paint, Spray paint, old tape, things that WON'T work when you take them home because they are so old and skanky. Appeal- The store is a MESS. Carp everywhere. No Organization. The Isles are terribly laid out, and you can't find anything. I was just on the website and then went into this store, they didn't have ANYTHING I wanted that i saw online. They do not stock anything I need. Ever. Seriously, every time I go in for something they just DON'T have it. Service- Is a joke. 1 man, terrible attitude. 1 owner- Rude, rude, rudest. The 2 guys who work here are one of the main reasons I despise this place. The owner doesn't care, and the employee is grumpy and mumbles mean things under his breath on a bad day & hits on you on a good day. Either way nothing I want to hear. Oh and they won't do returns on most things you buy because its "owners discretion" and you know that guy can't afford to loose any more of that! Seriously, If you are reading this because you thought "Oh! A Home Hardware! And so close! I should just go here..." DON'T DO IT! Home Depo on St. Clair near Keele is a WAY better bet and you will find what you NEED! I think the only reason people shop here is to buy toilet paper and salt. Its actually just a joke when it comes right down to it. A sad, sad, joke.
