Strive Life Athletics is a great place to get your workout in. The classes are not overly crowded and you actually have lots of space to work out in. There is plenty of variety between classes and there is an extensive warm-up which I really like. Obviously, the teachers always make the class and they have a great team there to get you through the workout. Looking forward to many more sweats!

The BEST workout in Toronto, the classes are always organized, structured and safe. The coaches are well educated, you can tell they value proper technique first and foremost. I come from an athletic background, it’s reminds me of when I use to train with my team in the off season. The NEW* Metcon class is absolutely amazing, a great way to take your training to the next level! Must try!
I loved coming to Strive after my first class. Highly recommend if you’re looking to add some great conditioning and movement training into your routine on occasion, or are looking for a quick but effective full body workout that you can do multiple times per week. The energy is amazing, and the classes are challenging but easily adaptable to your level of skill. I’ve found it to be a great balance for my strength training outside of the Athletic House, and the instructors are all incredibly skilled so I feel guided and supported the whole way through.
Enjoyed my experience at Strive Life. Warm and welcoming staff. Class was well balanced. Trainer David is amazing with his great form, clear instruction (including alignment cues), and positive energy. I appreciate how there was a thorough warm up, progressions were provided, and attention to muscular balance. I will be back! Thanks
Strive Life is truly the best group training in Toronto! Everything about Strive is amazing. The workouts are challenging and fun, the class sizes are perfect, and the staff is incredibly responsive and accommodating. There is truly no ego at Strive, unlike other gyms I've tried in the past. Everybody is in it together and there to support one another as a community. I also told the coaches about an old injury once and they consistently ensure my form is correct and I am doing the exercises properly. If you're thinking about singing up, GO FOR IT!
